Healing Eczema From the Inside Out

Calm Your Skin and Restore Confidence

If you live with eczema, you know it’s more than just a skin condition.

It’s the constant itching that keeps you awake at night. The red, inflamed skin you try to hide. The frustration of flare-ups that seem to come from nowhere.

You have probably tried countless creams, steroid treatments, and elimination diets, yet the flare-ups keep returning.

That’s because eczema isn’t just a skin issue. It’s a whole-body imbalance involving inflammation, digestion, immune function, stress, and skin barrier health.

The Skin Reset 1:1 Programme helps you address eczema at the root — gently guiding your body back into balance so your skin can heal.

A plan that works!
I've lived it.

The Skin Reset Programme

This is a 5-session personalised journey designed to help you calm inflammation, repair your gut-skin connection, and build long-term skin resilience.

Each session is tailored to your unique eczema history and triggers.

Session 1 - Root Cause Mapping & Skin History

The first step is understanding what is driving your eczema.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, eczema often reflects internal patterns such as:

• Damp-heat (red, inflamed or weeping eczema)
• Blood deficiency (dry, flaky, cracked skin)
• Wind-heat (intense itching and sudden flare-ups)

In this session we explore

• Your full eczema timeline and flare patterns
• Diet and digestion
• Stress and sleep patterns
• Environmental triggers

You will begin

• A low-inflammation skin diet
• Skin and symptom tracking
• Gentle skincare and hydration practices

Session 2 - Reducing Inflammation & Immune Overreaction

To calm the inflammatory response that drives eczema flare-ups.

Eczema is closely linked to immune signalling and inflammation in the body. This session focuses on helping regulate that response through nutrition and lifestyle practices.

In this session we explore:

• Foods that may be contributing to inflammation
• How the immune system influences eczema flares
• The connection between stress and skin inflammation
• Sleep patterns and nervous system regulation

You will begin:

• Introducing anti-inflammatory foods such as omega-3 rich foods, berries and colourful vegetables

• Using supportive herbs and spices like turmeric and ginger

• Potential temporary removal of inflammatory foods (case dependent) such as dairy or gluten

• Daily breathing or relaxation practices to help calm the nervous system

Session 3 -Healing the Gut–Skin Axis

To support digestive health and repair the gut environment that influences eczema.

Skin health is closely connected to gut health through the gut–skin axis. Many people with eczema experience digestive symptoms that can contribute to inflammation.

In this session we explore:

• Signs of digestive imbalance such as bloating or food sensitivities
• The role of gut bacteria in immune and skin health
• How nutrient absorption impacts skin repair
• Your digestion patterns and meal habits

You will begin:

• Introducing gut-supportive foods such as fermented vegetables and bone broth
• Increasing fibre-rich vegetables and resistant starches
• Supporting key skin-repair nutrients including zinc and vitamin A
• Strengthening digestion through warm, nourishing meals and consistent meal timing

Session 4 - Detox Pathways & Skin Barrier Repair

To support the body’s natural detoxification systems while strengthening the skin barrier.

The liver, gut and lymphatic system play an important role in clearing inflammatory compounds from the body. When these systems are supported, the skin often becomes less reactive.

In this session we explore:

• The body’s detox pathways and their relationship to skin health
• Environmental exposures that may worsen eczema
• The role of nutrients in rebuilding the skin barrier
• Current skincare and household product use

You will begin:

• Incorporating foods that support detox pathways such as bitter greens and cruciferous vegetables
• Supporting skin repair through nutrients like omega-3 fats, zinc and vitamin E
• Gentle practices such as lymphatic massage and movement to support circulation
• Reducing exposure to potentially irritating products

Goal before session 5:
Reduce flare frequency and strengthen skin resilience.

Session 5 - Long-Term Skin Resilience Plan

To create a personalised strategy that helps you maintain calmer, healthier skin long term.

By this stage we will have a much clearer picture of what supports your skin and what may trigger flare-ups.

In this session we explore:

• Your progress throughout the programme
• Improvements in itching, redness and flare frequency
• Ongoing lifestyle factors that influence skin health
• Strategies for managing future flare-ups

You will begin:

• A personalised nutrition approach to support long-term skin health
• Daily lifestyle practices that regulate stress and support sleep
• Environmental strategies to reduce trigger exposure
• A clear flare-management toolkit

Final deliverables:

You will receive:

• A personalised nutrition plan
• A flare-management toolkit
• A long-term skin maintenance guide

These tools will help you continue supporting your skin long after the programme ends.
